Job summary

Dudek is seeking a Business Operations Manager (HRIS) to lead Dayforce HCM and Dudek’s broader HR tech ecosystem. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure data integrity, governance, and scalable integrations across enterprise systems.

As a leader of the HRIS team, you will drive strategy, governance, and process improvements while enabling a seamless employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS/HR tech or related roles with recent Dayforce or similar platforms.
• Experience leading multi-function system implementations, integrations, and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable HR tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and platform optimization for Dayforce and related systems.
• Oversee integrations across HR, payroll, ERP, and finance with data governance.
• Manage HRIS team, service delivery, documentation, and user support.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and HR to drive system improvements and project delivery.
