Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Dayforce Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end payroll workstreams for U.S. clients. The role requires hands-on Dayforce Payroll configuration, rigorous requirements gathering, and close collaboration with clients to translate needs into effective Dayforce solutions.

You will manage data conversions, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover readiness, while guiding workshops and delivering post-go-live support to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Dayforce implementation experience including Dayforce Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll practices and compliance.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and testing cycles.
• Familiarity with HR data structures, data conversions, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations, managing the Dayforce Payroll workstream through discovery to post-go-live.
• Translate business requirements into Dayforce-based solutions and best practices.
• Configure payroll and HR functionality including pay groups, calendars, earnings, deductions, and tax configurations.
• Manage data conversion and integrations for payroll data migration and reconciliations.
• Lead testing and reconciliation, develop test scenarios, coordinate parallel testing, resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate cutover and go-live readiness with data loads and quarter/year-end processing.
• Facilitate client workshops, document designs, configuration workbooks, and meeting notes.
• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
• Manage multiple client engagements, track hours, forecast, and communicate risks.
• Share best practices and stay updated with Dayforce releases.
