Job summary

Dudek is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to support Dayforce HCM administration, iCIMS, HR data management, and people-systems support. This full-time, remote-capable role requires a hands-on contributor who can work independently and across departments from day one.

You will configure modules, run data audits, generate reports, and help move toward electronic personnel files, with a focus on compliance and process improvements in a growing, award-winning workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting an enterprise HRIS/HCM platform.
• Direct experience with Dayforce HCM.
• Strong understanding of HRIS across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent processes.
• Direct experience with ATS such as iCIMS.
• Experience building and maintaining system reports.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dayforce modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, and Self-Service.
• Resolve HRIS and ATS tickets in Freshservice and coordinate with HRIS Manager.
• Troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies.
• Run mass data imports and audits, identify discrepancies and resolve them.
• Support iCIMS operations and its connections to Dayforce.
