Job summary

Five Star Parks & Attractions is seeking a remote HRIS Specialist to administer UKG Workforce Pro and Dimensions, ensure data integrity, and support payroll-related configurations across multiple states. You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to drive system improvements.

The role requires hands-on UKG administration, strong analytical skills, and experience in reporting using Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on UKG Workforce Pro/Dimensions administration.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, Tableau or SQL a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer UKG Workforce Pro & Dimensions; manage employee records, timekeeping, accruals, and scheduling configurations.
• Own HR systems ticket queue; triage, prioritize, and resolve requests with SLA.
• Review releases and update users; coordinate testing for payroll-impacting changes.
• Build standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards for headcount, labor cost, turnover, and hours.
