Job summary

Five Star Parks and Attractions is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage UKG Workforce Pro and Dimensions, ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll data, and deliver insightful HR analytics. You will collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to implement system improvements and maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HRIS/HR tech, strong Excel and reporting skills, and familiarity with wage and hour regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HRIS or HR tech experience.
• 2+ years UKG Workforce Pro/Dimensions administration.
• Strong Excel skills; reporting tools a plus.
• Understanding of wage/hour laws and HR data confidentiality.
• Ability to travel occasionally to parks.

Responsibilities

• Administer UKG Workforce Pro & Dimensions.
• Manage timekeeping, pay rules, accruals, and scheduling.
• Maintain integrations with payroll and other HR systems.
• Build and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Lead or support HR technology projects and changes.
