Apis Services, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Services Coordinator – ONE HR Services (Tier 1) to be the first point of contact for employees and managers across multiple states and affiliates. This remote, full-time role offers the opportunity to impact HR operations, technology, and employee services within a mission-driven organization.

You will handle HR inquiries, guide employees through policies, and support onboarding, timekeeping, and HR systems with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in HR/Business preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgement.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers via ONE HR Services.
• Respond to inquiries on HR policies, forms, benefits, and HR systems.
• Resolve routine HR questions at first contact when possible.
• Create, update, document, and close HR service cases accurately and timely.
• Maintain ownership of inquiries through resolution or handoff.
• Assist with ADP onboarding, timekeeping, and HR portal questions.
• Route complex issues to HR specialists while ensuring a seamless experience.
• Protect confidential employee information and maintain privacy compliance.
• Use knowledge articles and SOPs to provide consistent guidance.
• Monitor open cases, follow up, and drive timely resolution.
• Identify recurring trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Participate in service improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization.
• Support enterprise HR initiatives, acquisitions, and growth activities.
