Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years HR, employee-services, administrative case-management, or employee-relations support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to learn HRIS and case-management systems.
• Must satisfy applicable background, clearance, or eligibility requirements; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned Tier 2 HR cases using approved ONE HR procedures.
• Provide employees and managers with guidance on common HR processes and questions.
• Gather initial facts and records and prepare objective case summaries when needed.
• Support routine employment actions, status changes, and HR transactions.
• Maintain complete case notes, due dates, status updates, and documents.
