Clearwater Analytics is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated Recruiting Programs Lead to own the daily management and maintenance of the Workday Recruiting module, serve as the HRIS subject-matter expert, and provide reporting to company leaders and stakeholders. You will manage internal hiring within the United States and drive platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting operations or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting module and Report Writer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Workday Recruiting module.
• Ensure data integrity across requisitions, candidate stages, and reporting fields.
• Provide reporting and analytics to stakeholders; lead hiring update calls.
