Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Contractor to clean and reconcile employee data, establishing BambooHR as the primary source of truth and delivering reliable reporting to support business decisions.

The role focuses on data integrity, governance, and analytics across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems, with a hands-on, project-based engagement for 20–30 hours per week over 2–3 months.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, People Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing employee data across multiple HR systems.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills; ability to build and maintain dashboards.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HRIS data cleanup and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit, clean, standardize, and reconcile employee data across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems.
• Establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth for employee data and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and automate HR reports and dashboards for workforce metrics (headcount, turnover, recruiting, time-to-fill).
• Identify data gaps, propose improvements in governance, and document remediation steps and dependencies.
• Support upcoming system and process enhancements including onboarding/preboarding workflows and payroll-related changes.
• Collaborate with the People team to translate reporting needs into practical analytics solutions.
