Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Contractor to clean and govern employee data, establishing BambooHR as the source of truth and building actionable HR dashboards. The role blends data governance with analytics, enabling better workforce decisions across payroll, onboarding, and reporting.

This project-based engagement is 20–30 hours per week for 2–3 months, with an hourly rate of $75–$95 and remote work. The ideal candidate has strong HRIS expertise and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, HR systems consulting, People Analytics, or related field.
• Experience auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing employee data across multiple HR systems.
• Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, including BambooHR.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows in HRIS analytics.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring HR reports.
• Experience standardizing HR data and governance.
• Strong understanding of core HR data and metrics (headcount, turnover, etc.).
• Ability to independently manage projects and timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, clean, and reconcile current and former employee data across HRIS and related systems.
• Establish a primary source of truth for employee data and support migration to new HCM.
• Identify discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies across HRIS, payroll, and recruiting systems.
• Standardize records: titles, departments, locations, reporting lines, classifications.
• Review and cleanse termination reasons and change reasons for reporting.
• Establish data validation practices, documentation, and repeatable processes.
• Document data issues, remediation, dependencies, and governance recommendations.
• Develop and enhance HR dashboards and standardized reports.
• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data handling.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HRIS analytics and reporting.
