Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Contractor to partner with the Head of People Operations. You will own data cleanup, establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth, and build reliable reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

The engagement is project-based, 20–30 hours per week for 2–3 months, with an hourly rate of $75–$95. Remote work and cross-system data governance are key priorities for 2027 payroll and onboarding enhancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS administration or analytics.
• Experience auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing employee data across multiple HR systems.
• Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, ideally including BambooHR.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit, clean, and reconcile employee data across HRIS platforms.
• Establish a primary source of truth for data integrity and governance.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports using HRIS and ATS data.
• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data handling across systems.
• Support payroll, onboarding, and processes enhancements in the coming projects.
