Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking an HRIS & People Analytics Contractor to cleanse and govern employee data, establish BambooHR as the source of truth, and drive analytics across HR systems. You will build dashboards, automate reports, and partner with the People team on existing and upcoming data needs.

Hours are 20–30 per week for a 2–3 month project, with an hourly rate of $75–$95. This remote role supports payroll, job architecture, and onboarding improvements for a scalable HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS administration, analytics, or related field.
• Experience auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing data across HR systems.
• Experience with BambooHR and HRIS platforms.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit, clean, standardize, and reconcile employee data across HRIS and related systems.
• Establish a primary source of truth for employee data for reporting and migrations.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Standardize records: titles, departments, locations, classifications, reporting lines.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports using HRIS and ATS data.
• Collaborate with People team to define reporting needs and KPIs.
• Apply AI tools to streamline data cleanup and analytics workflows.
