The HRIS & People Analytics Contractor will partner with the Head of People Operations to improve data accuracy, establish BambooHR as the primary source of truth, and develop reliable reporting

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HRIS/People Analytics experience.
• Auditing, cleaning, reconciling, and standardizing data across HR systems.
• Experience administering or supporting HRIS platforms, BambooHR preferred.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve HRIS analytics and reporting.
• Ability to build and improve dashboards and recurring HR reports.
• Standardizing HR data and improving data governance.
• Understanding core HR data: headcount, movement, turnovers, recruiting.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Data Integrity & Governance: audit, clean, reconcile data across systems.
• Establish a primary source of truth for employee data and future migrations.
• Resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information across HRIS/payroll/recruiting.
• Standardize records: titles, departments, locations, reporting lines, classifications.
• Clean termination reasons and change reasons for workforce analytics.
• Document data issues, remediation, and governance recommendations.
• HR Reporting & People Analytics: develop dashboards and standardized reports.
• Translate needs into practical analytics and KPI tracking (headcount, turnover, movement).
• Automate recurring reports and reduce manual data handling.
• Use AI tools to streamline data cleanup, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Support other People initiatives and optimize HR processes.
