Qualifications

• Experience administering HRMS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll tax and compliance.
• Ability to partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer the HRMS and related payroll, time & attendance, and benefits platforms.
• Configure workflows, security roles, integrations, and data feeds.
• Coordinate system testing, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions in HRMS.
• Develop reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, leadership.
• Support compliance reporting and audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation program and regulatory compliance.
