Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an HRIS Manager (Payroll & Absence Management) to join our team. The role focuses on Workday North America Payroll, Absence and Payroll Integrations, partnering with stakeholders to improve data processing efficiency and data integrity.

This position is remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed. You will collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams and vendors to ensure the system meets business requirements and supports regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• BS degree required in HR, computer science, information systems or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday North America Payroll, Absence and Payroll Integration experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Ability to create complex payroll reports and payroll-specific EIBs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of Workday North America Payroll, Absence Payroll Integrations and Total Rewards Integrations.
• Maintain and update Workday Payroll settings, earnings, deductions, tax configurations, general ledger and processes.
• Provide functional and technical expertise to Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure efficient use of Workday through enhancements, re-engineering, maintenance and project planning.
• Deep expertise in managing Workday updates for US mandatory legislative changes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for critical and regulatory updates impacting Payroll processing activities.
• Manage the twice per year Workday Release update in partnership with Payroll COE.
