Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to support the global Workday environment with emphasis on HR technology, information security, and reporting. You will lead a strategic project to enhance the Workday Security Hub and contribute to SOC compliance, audit readiness, and governance documentation.

This remote internship, based in the U.S., reports to the HRIS Manager and offers hands-on experience across security, reporting, and automation within a global HRIS team.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS/related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office apps.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, design, and enhancement of Workday Security Hub for security administration and audit support.
• Evaluate current Workday Security Hub and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate to design a user-friendly hub centralizing security tools, reports, and resources.
• Leverage automation and reporting to streamline security activities and improve governance.
• Identify Workday security reports supporting internal controls, SOC compliance, and audits.
• Document quarterly security reviews and access certification processes.
• Develop process guides for Workday security audits and change management.
• Create standardized resources to support global security administration.
