Ladders is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting and Security Analyst to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role focuses on delivering HR reporting, validating data, and strengthening security controls to ensure access to people data is secure.

You will partner with HR and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into dashboards and analytical outputs, maintain reports, and ensure compliance alignment. Strong Workday expertise and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with HR/finance information systems and reporting tools.
• HR data models and organization structures knowledge.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting and Report Writer preferred.
• Strong understanding of Workday security features and controls.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Workday Reporting and Security Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on delivering reliable HR and workforce reporting, strengthening security controls, and improving how leaders access and use people data. You will partner closely with HR and other stakeholders to translate reporting needs into accurate dashboards, metrics, and analytical outputs. The position also plays an important part in validating data, supporting report design, and ensuring access governance aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop reports
• Deliver workforce metrics and analytical insights through reports and dashboards
• Manage and optimize people analytics reporting, ensuring data validation and security access

• 5+ years of experience with HR or finance information systems and report development tools
• HR functional experience with knowledge of data models and organizational structures
• Proficiency in Workday HCM reporting, including advanced Report Writer and calculated fields, preferred
• Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls, with ability to enforce policies
• Knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
