Watts is offering a remote HRIS internship focused on Workday security and governance. You will support the global Workday environment, enhance the Security Hub, and assist with security reporting and audits.

You'll collaborate with the HRIS team, gain exposure to release management, and contribute to SOC compliance while building practical IT governance and data quality skills. This role is remote.

Qualifications

• Current student (rising junior or senior status).
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of data management, information security, and technology systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage project deliverables, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present findings.

Responsabilités

• Lead the assessment, design, and enhancement of the existing Workday Security Hub for security administration and audit support.
• Evaluate Workday Security Hub functionality and identify opportunities to expand capabilities.
• Collaborate to design a user-friendly hub centralizing security tools, reports, and resources.
• Research Workday security functionality and explore automation and reporting opportunities.
• Identify and organize Workday security reports supporting internal controls, SOC compliance, and audits.
