Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to support the global Workday environment with emphasis on HR technology, security, reporting, and automation. You’ll lead a strategic project to enhance the Workday Security Hub, strengthen governance, and improve audit readiness.

The role is remote with North Andover, MA as the HQ region, offering exposure to enterprise HR technology governance and SOC compliance.

Qualifications

• Current student status (rising junior or senior).
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity/info systems or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of data management, information security, and technology systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables with teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication with documentation capabilities.
• Commitment to integrity and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, design, and enhancement of the Workday Security Hub for security administration and audit support.
• Evaluate Workday Security Hub functionality and expand capabilities for efficiency.
• Collaborate to design a user‑friendly hub centralizing security tools, reports, and resources.
• Research Workday security features and leverage automation and reporting for recurring activities.
• Identify and organize Workday security reports supporting internal controls and SOC compliance.
• Document quarterly security reviews and recurring audit requirements.
