Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Director of HRIS to lead the HR technology ecosystem, focusing on Workday HCM, governance, data integrity, and digital transformation that supports business objectives and enhances the employee experience.

The role directs strategy, oversees system configuration and integrations, develops workforce analytics and dashboards, and collaborates with HR functions while mentoring the HRIS team for continuous improvement and a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday experience with administration, configuration, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, projects, or enterprise HR technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting multi-state organizations and leading system implementations and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the HR technology roadmap and governance.
• Oversee Workday configuration, security, business processes, integrations, and performance.
• Develop and maintain workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management and user adoption for HR technology initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, L&D, and Recruiting to optimize processes and data flow.
• Mentor and develop the HRIS team and drive continuous improvement.
