Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group, Inc. is seeking a Jr HRIS Analyst to support the Workday HRIS and maintain data integrity across HR systems. This full-time role is remote and reports to the HR Department.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HRIS experience, including 1 year with Workday, and demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Project management experience is preferred to help drive system implementations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a functional HRIS analyst with a strong analytical approach.
• At least 1 year of experience with the Workday platform.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Applies HR knowledge to improve and maintain HR systems, addressing data issues and troubleshooting system problems.
• Conducts audits of datasets to ensure data integrity and develops business rules for validation.
• Assists in the implementation of new HR systems and trains users on new processes and functionalities.
