Job summary

Jobgether's partner company seeks a Jr HRIS Analyst based in the United States. This fully remote role focuses on Workday and HR technology support, combining HR knowledge with analytics to improve processes and the employee experience.

You will troubleshoot data issues, run queries, develop documentation, train users, and participate in HRIS projects across Core HR, Talent Management, and Onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years as a functional HRIS analyst.
• At least 1 year working with Workday.
• Strong HR knowledge applied to technology and processes.
• Experience with Workday configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and development of HRIS to meet business requirements.
• Serve as internal contact for Workday and other HR systems.
• Troubleshoot data issues by identifying root causes and gaps.
• Develop and maintain Workday processes, forms, and security configurations.
• Create standard reports and support ongoing HR reporting.
• Train HR users and support onboarding for new system users.
