Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of HR experience including HR Business Partner roles in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across multiple Commercialization functions.
• Provide guidance on organization design, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Support leaders in aligning people strategies to business priorities.
• Partner with Commercial Transformation leadership to support execution of transformation initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into organizational and talent implications.
• Support implementation of new operating models and ways of working.
• Identify and assess critical roles across Commercialization; support succession planning and development strategies.
• Contribute to capability-building and commercial excellence initiatives.
• Provide coaching to leaders during periods of change and use data to inform decisions.
