Job summary

Leidos is seeking an HR Manager to lead a dynamic HRBP team, partnering with clients and COEs to design and deliver HR strategies that drive organizational performance. You will guide day-to-day HR actions across engagement, talent development, workforce strategy, and leadership development.

You will analyze data to measure effectiveness and influence senior leaders, while driving change and improving processes in a fast-paced government contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of HR generalist/Business Partner experience.
• Experience designing and delivering HR strategies for clients.
• Strong leadership and collaboration to drive results.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
