Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources for Leidos Energy, based in Reston, VA. You will lead as the senior HR executive for a ~$1.3B business, guiding organization design, leadership, talent, culture, and workforce planning to enable growth from $1.3B to $2B+.

This enterprise role requires strategic business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to drive transformation across a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Energy HR strategy and people roadmap.
• Translate business growth plans into organizational and talent actions.
• Drive organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning for Energy.
• Advance culture, performance, and accountability across the Energy leadership team.
• Lead and develop an HR team and partner with enterprise HR functions.
