Job summary

Leidos in Reston, Virginia, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a HRBP team and partner with clients and Centers of Excellence to design and deliver HR strategies that drive performance and growth. You will analyze data to measure organizational effectiveness, mentor leaders, and drive change across business areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
Broad HR expertise including significant experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner.
Experience designing and delivering HR strategies and solutions for client area.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
Ability to influence senior leaders and build relationships.
Experience with employee relations and change management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience using AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead an HRBP team and partner with clients and COEs to develop HR strategies and day-to-day actions.
Utilize data analytics to measure and improve organizational effectiveness.
Serve as a key leader of Business Area and Sector HR teams and lead or participate in cross-organizational initiatives.
