GovCIO is hiring a part-time Human Resources Business Partner to support employee relations, investigations, and compliance. This fully remote role will serve across the United States, focusing on employment practices and policy guidance for managers and staff.

The position emphasizes handling confidential information, conducting investigations, and contributing to HR projects while supporting senior HR Business Partners in workforce planning and organizational changes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR with exposure to employee relations, investigations, compliance, or HR generalist functions.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Conduct and support employee investigations involving policy violations, workplace misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, attendance issues, and other employment-related concerns.
• Perform routine audits of HR records, employee files, personnel actions, and HR processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support senior HR Business Partners with organizational and workforce initiatives.
