Qualifications

• Eight+ years in HR transformation with strong Workday experience.
• Hands-on involvement in at least two Workday HCM implementations.
• Sound knowledge of Workday HCM with payroll and related systems.
• Experience in system selection and SI procurement, plus training delivery.
• Experience with US HR and multi-state payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current state reviews of HR, payroll, and people processes.
• Build business cases, including benefits, costs, risks, and timelines.
• Design target operating models for HR and HRIS teams.
• Advise executives on transformation strategy and priorities.
• Run Workday system selections and manage SI procurement.
• Deliver engaging client training and produce high-quality deliverables.
• Plan engagements to time, budget, and quality with reporting.
