Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Remote HR Workday Transformation Consultant to advise US clients on HR transformation and Workday, helping plan, select and deliver lasting change. The role leads client conversations, shapes engagements, and helps win new work from a US base with preference for Eastern Time locations.

The position spans HR transformation advisory, Workday advisory and system selection, delivery, and HR training.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in HR transformation or HR tech/HR ops, with consulting experience preferred.
• Hands-on involvement in at least two full Workday HCM implementations (client lead, PM or advisory).
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM and its payroll/finance integrations.
• Experience running or supporting HCM system selection and SI procurement.
• Proven ability to design and deliver Workday training to HR teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation advisory efforts: discovery, current-state reviews, and costed options for change.
• Run Workday system selection exercises (Workday vs Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Manage SI procurement processes: write RFPs, score criteria, and vendor demonstrations.
• Deliver engagements on time, budget, and quality with clear client reporting.
• Provide Workday training to HR teams and prepare handover to support teams.
