Harbor is seeking an experienced Lead HR transformation advisor in the United States to drive discovery, current state reviews, and business cases for HR transformation initiatives. You will run HCM system selection and SI procurement, provide independent implementation oversight, and plan engagements to meet time, budget, and quality targets, including testing and change management workstreams.

• Eight+ years in HR transformation with hands-on Workday HCM implementations.
• Experience with HCM system selection, SI procurement, and delivering Workday training to HR teams.
• Sound knowledge of US HR and payroll practice; confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
