In this role, you'll handle talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, and general firm support. Candidates should have 3-6 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of HR processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate and hiring team interviews.
• Monitor candidate communication within client platforms.
• Prepare HR documents for Partner review.
• Prepare payroll for processing by entering employee hours.
• Schedule client meetings on behalf of partners.
