Job summary

Accela is seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist to provide hands-on support across HR systems, reporting, and process improvement. You will leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, manage recurring HR workflows, and collaborate with multiple teams during a 6-8 month contract.

The role requires detail orientation, independence across HR systems, and strong data-management and documentation skills. This is a remote, contract position with a focus on automation and governance of HR data.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, reporting, and data-validation skills.
• Experience with HRIS/HR analytics or related HR function.
• Proficiency with AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Support Greenhouse and ADP reporting and system administration.
• Run recurring/ad hoc reports from HR systems and validate data.
• Leverage AI/automation tools to improve workflows and documentation.
• Identify processes for automation/AI-enabled improvement.
• Organize and update HR SharePoint sites for better usability.
• Assist migration of HR files from Box to OneDrive/SharePoint.
