Job summary

Accela is seeking an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist to provide hands-on support across HR systems, reporting, AI-enabled efficiency, and data/document management. This six- to eight-month contract role reports to the Principal, AI Enablement & HR Analytics, and supports HR technology projects during a temporary leave.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently across multiple HR systems, and skilled at leveraging AI tools to streamline work while maintaining data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR technology, HRIS, analytics/reporting experience.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS; ADP and Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data-validation skills.
• Proficient with generative AI and productivity tools to improve workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint/OneDrive/Box or similar document management.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting, system administration, and process improvements for HR tech.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports from Greenhouse, ADP, and other HR systems and validate data.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and documentation.
• Identify manual processes and propose automation opportunities.
• Update and reorganize HR SharePoint sites for better usability.
• Assist migration of HR files from Box to OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Audit employee files for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring processes.
• Troubleshoot routine HR system/data issues and document processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT, Finance and other teams.
