Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Administrator/Analyst for a 6-month contract with potential to convert. The role focuses on ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors, combining hands-on HRIS administration with project work to modernize HR processes through automation and AI.

You will partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience, streamline workflows, and ensure data integrity while supporting audits and compliance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or similar enterprise business systems
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills with Power BI
Excellent communication and project management abilities

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS settings, workflows, and permissions
Produce custom and recurring HRIS reports and dashboards
Process routine HRIS transactions and ensure daily system activity
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
Lead or support HR technology projects focused on automation and AI-enabled solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR operations
Maintain system documentation and ensure data confidentiality
Monitor evolving HR technologies and recommend upgrades
Support audit activities and compliance requirements
Ensure compliance with employment regulations
