We seek full-time students or recent graduates in HR or Business to explore research, analysis, dashboards and program design. The internship is paid; eligibility excludes visa sponsorship, with program terms typically running May through

Qualifications

• Current full-time student enrolled at a four-year university in HR or Business.
• Recent graduate (within 12 months) with a degree in HR or Business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong data analysis and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, planning, design and development of Talent Management programs.
• Coordinate and market Talent Management programs and initiatives.
• Support dashboards, scorecards and data presentations for workforce metrics.
• Contribute to performance management and leadership effectiveness tools.
• Assist with workforce lifecycle processes and tool improvements.
• Develop communications, trainings, and resource materials for staff and leaders.
• Collaborate with HR and business partners on projects and events as needed.
• Support project tracking, PowerPoint, Excel and other admin tasks.
• Perform data entry and other duties as required.
