Freeport-McMoRan is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in HR - Talent Development - Evaluation, designed for full-time students or recent graduates. The virtual and Phoenix-based program runs May through August and provides hands-on training, exposure to evaluation tools, and collaboration with the Talent Development team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or Business or recently graduated within 12 months.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing training data from surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Support evaluation of training programs to determine effectiveness and business value.
• Create reports, dashboards, and scorecards to communicate training outcomes and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to gather information for evaluation projects.
• Participate in site visits and stakeholder meetings to observe training delivery.
