Freeport-McMoRan is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in HR Analytics (Virtual). This paid, full-time internship targets students and recent grads in North America, with remote work from many states and optional in-person collaboration at the Phoenix Collaboration Hub.

You will join the Workforce Insights & Analytics team to turn HR data into meaningful insights, build Power BI dashboards, work with Excel/SQL/Snowflake, and help support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Formación

• Currently enrolled full-time at a four-year university or recent graduate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Attention to data quality and detail in analyses.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support workforce analytics projects on headcount, turnover, recruiting and planning.
• Analyze HR data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for HR users.
• Work with large HR datasets using Excel, SQL, Snowflake.
• Document data definitions and reporting specifications.
