• Currently enrolled full-time at a four-year university in HR or Business or a related field.
• Recent graduate within 12 months in HR, Business or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis fundamentals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Support data collection and analysis from surveys, assessments, and learning systems.
• Assist evaluating training programs for effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support measurement of instructor effectiveness through evaluation data.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating outcomes and KPIs.
• Research trends in learning evaluation and workforce development.
• Assist with administration of evaluation tools and templates.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on evaluation projects.
• Attend site visits and training events to observe delivery and collect data.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and PowerPoint presentations as required.
