Nexfeld Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals across the United States and Mexico. You will partner with management on talent, compensation, and employee relations, driving organizational effectiveness and compliance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, with 5–10 years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and confidential leadership. This remote role includes regular travel between the US and Mexico.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4–10 years related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US and Mexico labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and complex employee relations issues.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred; able to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the business subject matter expert regarding HR policy and guidance; interpret and implement policies.
• Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations.
• Drive talent acquisition, staffing, training and development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with AA/EEO and labor relations requirements across US and Mexico.
