Qualifications

• 2+ years HR support or operations experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding, coordinating interviews and ensuring new hires are set up for success.
• Manage HRIS data, payroll coordination, and benefits enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and audits; maintain audit-ready records.
