Job summary

HR Path is seeking an HR Specialist to support our U.S. employees and oversee core HR operations. In this hands-on role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and managers, partnering with our PEO and external providers to deliver a positive employee experience.

You will manage payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle, immigration matters, and advise on HR policies. This position offers flexibility and exposure across multiple entities as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally supporting U.S. employees.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating U.S. immigration and visa matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration with our PEO and external providers.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HRIS administration.
• Coordinate U.S. immigration and visa matters in partnership with external immigration counsel.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day people matters.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices.
