Job summary

HUB International is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Specialist II for a fully remote, hourly role within Managed HR Services. You will support multiple client companies, delivering HR administration, onboarding, compliance, LOA, policy development, performance management and SOP creation in a fast-paced service environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years in HR generalist roles, with strong HRIS proficiency across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR Generalist, Specialist, Consultant or Business Partner experience, preferably client-facing.
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support across employee lifecycle.
On/offboarding, compliance, LOA, handbook/policy development, performance management.
Support HRIS clients with system implementation and maintenance as applicable.
Act as client lead liaison for accounts with multiple services.
