Looking to take the next step in your Human Resources career? We are currently recruiting for multiple HR Shared Services Representatives to join a Fortune 100 retail industry leader in a fully remote capacity!

In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for associates nationwide, assisting with inquiries regarding company benefits, paid time off, leaves of absence (LOA), and internal HR system navigation. Position Overview:

• Role: HR Shared Services Representative
• Location: 100% Remote (Must have a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace & reliable internet)
• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
• Hours: 36.25 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with potential shift to 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
• Contract Length: Long-term contract with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent (funded through April 2027)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle high-volume inbound phone calls and email inquiries from associates and managers across the country.
• Provide guidance on company HR policies, health & wellness benefits, and leaves of absence.
• Document call summaries and processing details accurately in real-time using a case management system.
• Guide associates through self-service HR tools and **escalate** complex inquiries to specialized HR business partners.

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience in HR, contact center/customer service, or retail leadership
• High comfort level handling back-to-back inbound phone calls while multitasking and logging notes
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Workday or ServiceNow is a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
