Job summary

You will handle HR inquiries, navigate HR systems, and document interactions to ensure accurate case management. The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service, confidentiality, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of calls while documenting summaries.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries about HR policies and benefits via multiple contact modes.
• Assists Associates and Managers navigating HR systems.
• Document call summaries in case management system and escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA and other policies.
• Perform HR transactions in the HCM system and support special projects.
• Serve as primary contact for HR Regional Office and Distribution Center HR admins.
• Respond to emails and meet department SLAs.
