Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to employees across the enterprise up to 5 hours per day.
• Maintain knowledge of HR services and answer or route employee inquiries related to HR programs, processes, and communications.
• Analyze and interpret basic issues; select methods and tools to meet needs and coordinate solutions.
• Resolve or arrange resolution of basic operational/processing issues, inquiries, and complaints.
• Provide guidance to internal/external customers regarding SSC processes and HR services.
• Perform functions in alignment with defined service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Support ongoing quality control checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy of basic processes.
• Perform research for process improvements; inform senior staff and leadership as directed.

• Responsible for answering inbound calls to prospective, current, and former employees across the enterprise up to 5 hours per day.
• Maintain knowledge of HR services and answer or appropriately route employee inquiries pertaining to basic HR programs, processes, procedures, and communications
• Analyze and interpret basic issues; select methods, processes, or tools to meet needs, and coordinate solutions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve or arrange for resolution of basic operational/processing issues, inquiries, and complaints
• Provide guidance to internal/external customers and stakeholders regarding basic SSC processes and HR services
• Perform functions in adherence to defined service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with all HR related policies, practices, and procedures
