Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for an HR Service Center Coordinator on the Staff Approvals team. This role maintains integrity of personnel, position management, payroll, and HCM security to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across the Boulder campus.

As a key advisor, you will guide departments on HR policies, personnel actions, and payroll processes, collaborating with centers of excellence to support campus HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or HR/administrative experience substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience with HR processes, payroll, and personnel actions is preferred.
• Knowledge of HCM PeopleSoft system is required.
• Knowledge of Regent policies and classified state system is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff personnel transactions, position processing, payroll-related actions, and HCM security access.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, payroll matters, and system usage to departments.
• Serve as a resource for HR initiatives, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Build relationships with departments and campus partners to deliver HR services.
