It serves as a trusted HR resource for departments, advising on HR policies and payroll processes while ensuring compliance and high-quality service. The role emphasizes collaboration and data accuracy in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree may be substituted with HR/administrative experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in HR data and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process staff personnel transactions in HCM, including hires, transfers, promotions and pay changes.
• Manage position-related actions within HCM and payroll-related processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and payroll matters.
• Maintain employment records to ensure audit and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as HCM Access Coordinator and review security roles.
