• Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day recruiting functions.
• Manage emails and schedules for supervisors.
• Update candidate information in applicant tracking systems.
• Monitor and review applications, resumes, and messages.
• Draft and edit candidate profiles for supervisor review.
• Post opportunities on job boards and support sourcing.
• Maintain professional candidate communications.
• Support team members as needed.
