Brilliant Agency is seeking a REMOTE Human Resources Intern for Fall 2026. This 15-hour-a-week internship supports our award-winning team as part of a fast-moving, fully remote performance agency.

You will assist with recruiting logistics, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while learning best practices in HR. The role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and proactive communication in a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Rising sophomore, junior or senior.
• Commit to at least 15 hours per week during 8–5 in your time zone.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job postings and maintaining open positions.
• Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support resume review and candidate tracking.
• Assist with onboarding new team members.
• Help develop and organize recruiting and onboarding materials.
