Franchise Management Services is seeking an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support multi-location Dunkin’ restaurants across Delaware and Maryland. The role offers remote work options, competitive pay, and opportunities for career development.

You will manage postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, onboard new hires, and assist with HR policy administration and compliance. A High School diploma with 2+ years HR experience or a Bachelor's degree in HR is required.

Qualifications

• Experience posting jobs, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full lifecycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Post jobs, screen applicants, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance.
• Support franchisees with staffing needs and payroll processes.
• Utilize analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.
